I am an Advanced Personal Trainer specialising in Core stability, Strength and conditioning, Increased fitness, Back pain relief and muscle imbalances.
I have 9 years experience of working with a wide variety of clients of various ages with different personal goals. Some have been suffering with back pain for years. They are amazed at the changes in their body shape and at their overall health. They also say that they have found a new love for exercise and realise how much fun and how worthwhile it can be when you get results!
Part of my Diploma included Core Stability and Torso Training and I now spend a lot of time focusing on that in my sessions. I will teach you how core stability will help to relieve everyday aches and pains that can cause unnecessary suffering.
I qualified as an Advanced Personal Trainer in 2009 and am REPS registered (Register of Exercise Professionals) Level 3 qualified with certificates in GP & Exercise Referral, Torso Training &Core Stability, Exercise prescription for back pain, Nutrition & Weight Management, Circuit Training, Beginners Pilates and Pre/post Natal exercise.
Before qualifying as a PT I would go to the gym 3 times a week doing the same old exercises and not really knowing or understanding what I was doing.
I now have the knowledge and experience to train you in the correct ways to enable you get maximum results whatever your goal. My sessions are varied so the body responds differently every time and they’re fun too!
My passion and knowledge for fitness and healthy living continues as I know how great you can feel with just a few hours hard work a week….Yes …you have to work hard!
